PerformCare NJ is the single point of entry for all children, youth, and young adults entering the New Jersey Children’s System of Care.

Counseling services are of no cost to the family. The services recommended by PerformCare NJ are authorized without regard to income, private health insurance, or eligibility for Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare or other health benefits programs. (NJ Children’s System of Care)
